Review which information stays local before entering a duration list.

Blank duration entries passing locally into a total.

Effective scope of this notice

This YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz privacy notice applies to the launch service operated by YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. It is effective August 29, 2026, and covers visitors aged 16 or older. The site provides static guidance and browser-only tools for manually entered duration values.

The launch architecture does not create accounts, upload media, retrieve playlists, call the YouTube API, store calculation histories, or send calculator inputs to an analytics vendor. It does not need a playlist or video URL. That boundary determines which information the operator can and cannot receive.

Duration lines remain on the active page

Values entered into Manual duration list, known-total fields, progress fields, schedule dates, break rules, and optional local labels are held in ephemeral browser memory for the current interaction. The page parses and calculates them on the device. They are not submitted to YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz, written to a remote database, associated with a user identity, or inserted into an analytics payload.

For example, entering 4:08, 372, and 1:12:05 lets the browser normalize 248, 372, and 4,325 seconds. The operator does not need to see those lines to return 4,945 seconds, or 1:22:25. Resetting removes the working state. Closing or reloading ends the defined state, and no recovery service exists.

The application must not put raw values into query strings, fragment identifiers, structured data, page titles, remote errors, or event payloads. Optional labels should remain optional because the arithmetic normally needs time rather than descriptive content.

Clipboard and records you create

Selecting “Copy result” asks the browser to place a plain-text summary on the local clipboard, subject to its permission behavior. Clipboard history, pasted documents, screenshots, printouts, and saved notes are controlled by the user, device, operating system, browser, or chosen destination. They are not remote calculation storage by this site.

On a shared device, clear the list and clipboard as appropriate. Do not enter private course titles, student information, research subjects, or other descriptions when durations alone answer the question. Local processing reduces application transmission; it does not secure every component of the device.

Email is a separate channel

Messages sent to support@youtubeplaylistlength.xyz pass through email systems and may include the sender’s address, headers, content, and attachments. YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz may use a message to answer support, correct content, address accessibility, handle a privacy request, investigate abuse, or respond to a security report.

Send a minimal invented timecode example instead of an actual playlist. Avoid credentials, URLs that grant access, payment data, identity documents, sensitive educational records, health information, API keys, authentication codes, and media files. The support channel is not a list-transcription service.

Support communication may be retained as reasonably necessary for response, security, documentation, or legal obligations. This launch notice does not promise a fixed response or deletion interval. A person may ask about a prior message using the same email address and enough context to locate it; reasonable verification may be required.

Hosting and technical request data

The site is intended to run on Vercel. Web delivery and security infrastructure may process technical request details such as IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent headers, response status, and abuse signals. These records are different from a calculator history. The application is designed so duration lines and results never need to leave the page in a request.

The current service uses no analytics vendor, advertising pixel, retargeting script, account profile, or remote calculation store. Ordinary hosting requests remain separate from manual duration values. If a material practice changes, this notice and any required choice must be updated before the new practice begins.

The operator cannot sell or share manual calculation inputs it never receives. It does not define an advertising profile or sell a remote duration history at launch. Information deliberately sent by email may be processed by providers that deliver or host the communication.

YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz may disclose information it actually holds when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. These circumstances do not create access to values that remained in the browser.

Your choices and limitations

Use only numeric duration values, leave optional labels blank, correct or remove invalid rows, reset after use, avoid emailing support, or send a minimal synthetic example. Browser controls can clear ordinary site data and cache, although persistent calculation state is not a launch feature.

No system can promise absolute security. Browser extensions, malicious software, shared screens, clipboard tools, email providers, and networks are outside the site’s control. Use a trusted device and do not type information the calculation does not require.

Frequently asked questions

Can YouTubePlaylistLength.xyz see my duration list?

Not through the declared calculator workflow. Lines and results remain in current page memory and are not uploaded.

Is a playlist URL collected?

No. The launch interface has no playlist-URL field and makes no retrieval request.

Can I obtain an old result from support?

No. There is no account or remote calculation history to search.

How can I ask a privacy question?

Email support@youtubeplaylistlength.xyz with a concise description and no unrelated sensitive material.

Use the minimum useful input

Enter only timecodes, inspect the result, copy a summary only when necessary, and reset the page when finished. The strongest privacy choice is often to omit information the formula does not need.
