Start with outcomes and module boundaries

Plan review and contingency explicitly
Review is not free time left over after perfect execution. Add it as workload or reserve buffer days. If the source list changes, an exercise takes longer, or a session is missed, contingency prevents one variance from breaking the deadline.
A finish projection is a snapshot. Update remaining work from actual progress, not from scheduled portions. Completing half a planned day should subtract the work actually done.
